Barrel Aged Saison
Coup de foudre – a strike of lightning; love at first sight. Our Quoi de Neuf Allagash collab beer – aged in Pinot Grigio barrels for one year with the Allagash house Brettanomyces strain.
We found a fermentation tank in a parking lot, fixed it up and started brewing beers with a bit of funk in them. We age them in barrels or dump nontraditional ingredients into them. They're bottled by hand, waxed dipped and stamped & hand labelled and numbered. Limited and Brewery only. Move you body and ask what Disco Pig we're gettin' down with now.

The Farmland Series(FLS) features limited-release beers brewed with Connecticut grown ingredients from our favorite small local farms. A portion of proceeds from each FLS beer is donated to the Connecticut Farmland Trust, an organization dedicated to preserving our great states farms and supporting the hard work and dedication of our farmers.

Because BARLEYWINE IS LIFE! Still BiL is a 3 year bourbon barrel aged Barley Wine that we bottled still (no carbonation). This beer is extremely rich in flavor and one of a kind, this bottling was limited to 120 bottles.

Citra Starship IPA – This IPA is out of this galaxy! Featuring CITRA and GALAZY Hops.
OrangIPA – BREWED WITH ORANGES & FRESH SQUEEZED HOPS! This Hazy IPA is packed with some serious juiciness (real juice!) backed up with Sultana, Motueka, and Lemon Drop Hops. Drink fresh and enjoy!

Barktoberfest is a traditional fest-style German lager, featuring biscuit-y malt notes from Munich malt. Lager yeast lends it a crisp and clean finish, making it a gulper instead of a sipper and the perfect accompaniment to a chilly fall day.
