An orgy of American and British Malts, Hops, & Yeast
Celebrate the harvest with Black Hog Brewing Co. Bacchanalian Barley Wine. This style was deemed a wine by the King of England for fear of over intoxicating his subjects thinking it was a mere ale. Ours is more than fit for a King and meant for the God of drink, revelry and frenzy. At 10.5% abv this brew is an orgy of American and British malts, hops and yeast producing an earthy, cracker sweetness with a big bitter pop and slight citrus hop.
Pair with: Blue cheese! Bailey Hazen | Bleu des Basque | St. Agur
