Beer and Cheese Pairing with Black Hog Brewing

Beer and cheese make excellent partners, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a stronger advocate than former FK cheesemonger, baker, and BBQ pitmaster Jason Sobocinski for an evening of beer and cheese. Since leaving Formaggio Kitchen in 2008 Jason has opened Caseus Fromagerie Bistro, a cheese shop and restaurant in New Haven, hosted The Big Cheese on The Cooking Channel, published a cookbook, and co-founded Black Hog Brewing. Join us as we plate up some of our favorite cheeses alongside some extra special Black Hog brews to illustrate the full potential of these pairings.
